CNB announces their new roster

Aoshi, Nappon, Electro, Kalec e Wos

Just after Alocs announcing he was leaving CNB, the team presented their new roster.

The team is focusing on investing on new players in the national scene. “To build a new lineup, we wanted to reveal five new Brazilian talents, who haven’t had the opportunity, but had the dream, the determination and the competence to be in the competitive scene. We’ll offer all of our structure and experience to build and extract the max potential of each one of them. I’m sure that we took the best decision“, said Carlos “fury” Júnor, Director of CNB.

The new names are Carlos “Nappon” Rücker, Franklin “Aoshi” Gomes and Willyan “Wos” Bonpam. Jungler, top and support respectively.

I think the main challenge is the pressure of being representing a team so known and big as CNB hyperX“, commented Aoshi. Wos also had something to say about his new career: “In the beginning I played only for fun, until I started playing against big players and I started to receive proposals from small teams, since then I always cogitated to enter in the professional scene“.

The “new” mid laner and ADC are well known in our scene: Lucas “Electro” Dal Prá and Rodrigo “Kalec” Rodrigues, who was previously the coach for the team.

The new roster will debut in the Brazilian qualifiers for the Intel Extreme Masters San Jose, that, not only will give a spot for the tournament at USA, but also will define the eight best teams that will dispute the Brazilian Championship 2015.

Alocs out of CNB.

AlocsLeonardo “Alocs” Belo just announced that he’s no more member of CNB e-Sports Club. Here um can read what he wrote on his Facebook page:

(…) Since Saturday, when I came back to SP, I wasn’t part of CNB anymore, this was a decision from the organization.

I don’t know where I’ll go or what I’ll do with my life, I’d love to keep playing and I’ll fight for it, from the bottom of my heart I still have the will to win, but the professional scene doesn’t have open space for me, I’m already analyzing some offers, I hope everything goes well, because some are teams (players and organizations) that I really admire and would love to play together.

I’ve been through a lot of good moments here at CNB, we build a lot of things together, I learned a lot, a lot really, about life, about the game, about everything… But things change and I don’t understand this, despite the problems that I’m facing to come back to competitive, my dream still motivates me a lot.

I’d like to wish good luck to CNB.
And a thanks to all my friends (that already knew) and some fans, that used some kind of dark magic and knew about it, for supporting me in this moment not so glorious.

CNB Thinking about CBLoL 2015, CNB e-Sports Club announced their new roster yesterday (August 6th). The new members come to fill the space left by Leko, Revoltan and takeshi. The reinforcements are Arlindo “element” Neto (top), Diogo “Shini” Rogê (jungle) and Lucas “Electro” Dal Prá (mid). “As we’re not viewing a result in a short time, we searched for the possibility of a good teamwork and a malleable play style, things that are hard to improve, but they are very effective when done well“, said Leonardo “Alocs” Belo, support of the team. Alocs also said that they aren’t thinking about the tournaments that are happening this year, they want to get ready for the next season of the Brazilian Regional.

About the playes

element was the top laner for Team AWP in the CBLoL. He have 18 years old and started playing League of Legends November of 2011. “My expectation with the team is to start low and the grow up fast“, he said.

Electro, that used Electrocret as nickname, he have 19 years old and started playing LoL in 2011 too and started playing competitively in 2013, when he played for voiD and CG Shield. He commented that what more attracted him was the strength of the lineup and that gives him the chance to make his dream into reality. Between October of 2013 and January of 2014, he won six Go4LoL, playing for team voiD.

Shini have 17 years old and was a sub for Keyd Stars and decided to accept the invite from CNB, where he’ll get the chance to play, this time as a jungler, role that he played for semXorah. He said: “I know that it’s gonna be tough in the beginning, since CNB is going through a lot of reformulations, but I believe in the capacity from my teammates. In time, we have everything necessary to fight for the first place, that is our objective“. He won’t be moving to the Gaming House because he’s finishing high school.

CNB, paiN and Keyd Change Their Rosters

Today was a busy day for the Brazilian scene. Some of the teams that were at the Brazilian Regional decided to utilize the time without big tournaments and change their roster.

CNB e-Sports Club

Kalec, Leko, manajj, takeshi, Revolta and Alocs

CNB decided to release Whesley “Leko” Holler, Gabriel “Revolta” Henud and Murilo “Takeshi” Alves.

During this year and half, me, Alocs, Leko and mana, mainly, we went through for a lot of stuff together, between defeats and victories. Always in defeat, we had strength to rebuild ourselves. But, this time, I don’t feel this is I what I want. I want to god to different places and learn with this new experience. I’m thankful to Cleber and Júnior (directors of CNB) for their trust that they put in me. I wanna make clear that this time that I spent with these guys was one of the best times of my life. I cheer for Leko, manajj, Alocs and Kalec. I hope everything goes well from now on“, said Takeshi.

Revolta also commented about he leaving: “I received a proposal to join another team and, with the problems that the team had, I decided to listen myself deeply and think about joining another team with Takeshi. I wanna say thanks to CNB for this opportunity of playing along with extraordinary people and for accepting me so well, as well as for the fans, that received me super well“.

For last, Leko also said about he quitting the team: “I’m leaving searching for new opportunities. I wanna challenge myself. I trailed a history of overcoming with CNB. I’m proud of everything I did, and this wasn’t alone. I had help from my teammates and organization. I feel pride to talk about each one. But the time has come that I wish to do some changes. I just wanna say thanks to everyone. I’ll write something more in a more opportunely hour.”

Takeshi and Leko were in the team since April from 2013, when the team got roster from Nex Impetus. Revolta was in the team since February from this year. With this team, CNB won the Desafio Internacional de São Paulo in October from last year, three editions of Torneio dos Legends, besides the second place in BLG Arena #1 and #2, Selecter Cup and CBLoL 2013 and 2014.

paiN Gaming

owN: “thank you”. Leko: “welcome”

Following all the roster changes, paiN Gaming decided to pick up Leko and release Marcelo “owN” Shiwa.

The team was feeling that the communication in the bot lane, formed by owN and Kim “Olleh” Joo-sung, wasn’t good enough, since one is from Brazil and the other is from South Korea.  The solution to this was to release their AD, move Lactea from top to AD, his old role, and hire Leko to be the new top laner.

Lactea and Olleh, together with Shadow and ReSEt, from Team 58ers, are the only Koreans remaining in the BR competitive scene.
